Located in the heart of the Latin Quarter, this  air-conditioned room overlooking a quiet garden will be the perfect place for your Parisian stay, as a couple, a familly or with friends! Friendly, cozy and fully equipped, it takes place in a "mini - hotel" with 3 rooms. You will also have access to large common areas [shared with other travelers] to relax after a long day!

Your room has a queen size bed [convertible on request into 2 single beds], as well as 2 cabin beds on the mezzanine [90cm wide, with reading light and individual socket]. The bathrooms have a large rain shower and organic cosmetics are offered.

For gourmets, coffee and tea are offered at will. kitchen, everything is provided for cooking: oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, plates, cutlery, bowls, pans, pots, utensils ...

In the basement, we find a relaxation area, the "chill room" with tiers of large poufs and plenty of cushions! After a long day, relax with books, board games, a giant chess game, darts, and a big screen TV!
